Cancellation Policy
- Renters are entitled to a full refund, for all cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the rental start date.
- Renters are entitled to a 50% refund, for all cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the rental start date.
- Less than 14 days prior to the rental start date, the booking is non-refundable.
- A 24-hour cancellation grace period is given to all bookings made at least 7 days prior to the rental start date.
- For all bookings made within 7 days of the rental start date, a 1-hour grace period is given.
- Cancellations due to weather, electrical outages, water supply outages, acts of God, or other uncontrollable reasons are non-refundable.
Insurance
Insurance coverage is mandatory for every towed/driven unit, with the following options:
Purchase insurance through our commercial insurance, costing approximately $15 per day, with additional optional coverage choices available.
Insurance is not required for delivered RVs.
Early Returns
We regret to inform you that there are no refunds for early returns, inclement weather, or shortened trips.
Check-in/Out Times & Deliveries
We schedule deliveries and pickups on an individual basis, subject to change/availability.
If You Pull/Drive RV Yourself: Select your preferred pickup and drop-off times when reserving online. Notify us if you'll be late to avoid late fees or cancellation. The person who booked must pick up the camper with a valid driver's license.
Deliveries: While we aim to meet your selected time, it's not guaranteed. The person who booked must be on-site at delivery with ID.
Pickups: Flexible but based on availability. Do not leave the camper before pickup. You're responsible for damages/thefts until we take possession.
Pet Policy
Pets are allowed unless the rented camper is explicitly advertised as non pet-friendly. Violation of a the pet policy results in a 100% loss of the security deposit plus repair/replacement costs.
Smoking Policy
Absolutely no smoking of any substance inside the camper. Violation results in a 100% loss of the security deposit plus repair/replacement costs.
Reservations, Charges, Documents & Security Deposits
- Reservations: A 50% refundable deposit is required to reserve trip dates. (See Cancellation Policy)
- Charges: Remaining balance (including delivery fees if applicable) is charged 30 days before the trip.
- The $1500 security deposit is charged 7 days before the trip.
- Security Deposits: Released/refunded within 7 days if no damage is observed. Damages exceeding the deposit are charged promptly.
Cleaning Policy
Return the RV reasonably clean to avoid a cleaning fee. Extremely dirty campers may incur deep cleaning fees or the full security deposit.
Awnings
Damage resulting from awning use is 100% the renter's responsibility. Non-functioning awnings receive no discounts or refunds.
Transporting, Moving, and Re-positioning of Camper
Units delivered may not be moved by the renter. Tampering with GPS monitoring or relocating the RV results in a 100% loss of the security deposit.
