Delivery Information:
$150 for the first 30 miles from Deerfield, WI - $4.00 per additional mile beyond 30 miles up to 100 miles.
Delivery Fee Includes: Delivery, Setup, Teardown, Waste Water Dumping* and Pickup.
Delivery times are based on availablity.
Delivery fees will be charged separately and are due 30 days before your trip.
